We had a weekly close below 7340 which was our key level on Friday so this was a negative signal and whilst below 7300 further selling towards 7200 could come in.

Its all about 7340 and that will give us direction today. If we hold 7330-7340 and then move up through 7360 then the market is bullish again. Likewise below 7360 and a move through the pivot at 7330 then a break of 7300 is likely to see 7260.
