The FTSE extended the sell off towards our medium term forecast target at 6525 yesterday. The futures market actually extended the decline towards the MA 200 out of hours which is resting at 6507. There is often a reaction at the MA 200 after a big sell off so the bounce up this morning is not a surprise.
